Redemption Instructions

• Visit http://www.spafinder.com/sfpp/login.jsp to log onto your personal Spa Finder account with your username and password you created when signing up.
• Click "Redeem Gift Certificate".
• Choose between "Gift Card" or "Gift Certificate" according to what you wish to redeem.
• Follow the instructions pertaining to the Gift Certificate or Gift Card that you accepted, and enter the Certificate/Card number where indicated.
• Confirm the number entered!
• Thank you for redeeming! Spa Finder Inc. will automatically calculate the 17% fee from each Gift Certificate/Card that is redeemed.
• An email will be sent to you when you redeem, stating what Certificates/Cards were redeemed and how much will be sent to you.
• Members can sign up for Direct Deposit when applicable, and we will put your redemption directly into your bank account. If this is not applicable to you, we will simply mail you the check.
• If you are redeeming a Gift certificate or Gift Card that is not redeemable online simply send it to us through the mail at:
